Artist’s Statement
I create anchor images of your most treasured moments and loved ones. The photos I take will become the cornerstones of your memories. These are for you to return to again and again in the future, as you travel through all of life’s glimmers and challenges together.
I believe that a wedding day is a central piece in your lifetime. I’m here to capture every part of it with honesty, while doing my small part to respect our planet and its people. I’m located in Montreal and Ottawa, and available across Canada.

ENGAGEMENT SESSION INCLUDED
The engagement session is a time to honour where you are in your journey together with your fiancée. It’s a time to be fully focused on all the reasons why you love each other, before the chaos and excitement of your wedding! It also gives us time to be friends and masters at creating art together before the big day. There are so many reasons why I believe in engagement sessions. I consider them to be part of my job as your storyteller.
When you book your wedding
These are photos that can be anything you love - the shoot of your romance dreams! Is your fiancée an avid film buff, but you’re a painter? Our shoot can be half at a little vintage cinema, and half at an art museum. You LOVE your cat and your fiancée loves bouldering? Our session’s at your place with the fluffy, and then at a climbing gym. Chef and biologist? Pizza and gardens. Whatever’s right for you to celebrate who you are, I’ll make it happen.
If it’s always been your dream instead to have those fancy engagement photos in the gorgeous dress by the water, we’ll go to the Old Port and have a romantic walk on the cobblestones. Or even if it all sounds big while you’re planning, and you love your life every day with your partner - I’ll follow you around on your most ordinary of days with my camera, and capture how absolutely extraordinary your love is.

They are so amazing I can’t even begin to explain how happy we are with the photos and the shoot itself. We are so excited to show everyone and get prints made. I live in Montreal, the city I love! Ottawa is just a short skip away, so I get to celebrate life with you there too. For any sessions, elopements or weddings located more than a 3 hour drive away from Montreal within Canada, I charge a $1,000 CAD flat fee for travel expenses. For international travel, my flat fee is $2,500 CAD for travel expenses.

YES! I specialize in holding a safe, genuine, and welcoming space for all people. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community myself, I provide an option for queer, neurodivergent and diverse humans to book an artist who can best tell and CELEBRATE their stories!

I believe strongly in engagement sessions. They provide you and your partner with a more intimate time to celebrate your relationship, and importantly they give you the chance to get comfortable with me and my camera before the big day! And besides, when you book your wedding photography with me, your engagement session is complimentary.

In my process, a second photographer is needed when the wedding is over 400 guests, or when the bride and grrom get ready in separate locations and you would like that part of the groom’s day captured as well! Otherwise, I feel that photography is more intimate and less overwhelming for the couple when just one photographer is present. If you feel a second photographer is right for you and your day, the rate is an additional $75.00 per hour.

The photographer is the only person on your wedding day that will be with the bride the entire time! To ensure that your wedding photos can be as beautiful as possible, I can absolutely help with planning your day, and by recommending other skilled vendors to make your wedding day magical.

Yes! That’s half the art! All images will be hand-edited (meaning, no AI) by me in my style. The importance of the human eye in my craft is dear to me. There will be a selection of 15-25% of the photos delivered in B&W, and the colour images will be consistent with the style that you find in my website portfolio and Instagram. Of course, you can always request for more or none of the images to be delivered in B&W.

The RAW photos are not provided. I would only want my art viewed by you or by the world in its finished and most intentional form. A chef would never serve you raw potatoes - neither would I ever deliver RAW photos!
